Voyager 2: Command Shifts Antenna

Curated archive record from NASA's 2023 historical software and automation incident catalog. NASA's catalog says a bad command shifted Voyager 2's antenna by about two degrees, causing a temporary communications loss and close call. The catalog cautions that an incident's behavior may not mean software itself was the sole root cause. This is a public-source summary, not an independent eyewitness report.
