Launcher Orbiter SN3: Uncontrolled Attitude Spin

Sign in to see author· 3h ago

Curated archive record from NASA's 2023 historical software and automation incident catalog. NASA records an uncontrolled attitude spin that cost the Launcher Orbiter SN3 space tug power and the spacecraft. The catalog cautions that an incident's behavior may not mean software itself was the sole root cause. This is a public-source summary, not an independent eyewitness report.
